“Athens Plus” launched at June 13th 2008 as a weekly newspaper and is written in English. It is produced in the tabloid format and has a circulation of 2.000 copies. The newspaper employs 15 journalists, one photographer and two layouters.

Founder and editor in chief of “Athens Plus”. Worked as a correspondent for The Associated Press from 1989 to 1997 before joining the Greek press.

Valentina Villegas-Nika, art director

Won SND awards for newspaper redesign in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004. She is now redesigning the newspaper Kathimerini, and is Art Director of Athens Plus.
